Brogya Resources Limited, an indigenous Ghanaian oil and Gas company has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the renowned Australian consultancy firm Owners Team International (OTI) Pty Limited to strengthen their capacities to deliver tailored solutions for existing and prospective clients in the mining and upstream oil and Gas industries.
Brogya Resources is a wholly Ghanaian entity established under the Laws of the Republic of Ghana, Companies Code 1963, in 2015. The Company is also duly licensed by the Ghana Petroleum Commission, under the Petroleum Commission Act 2011(Act 821), to provide upstream/downstream Oil and Gas services.
